Rain, shine or the middle of the night, AP covers every causality return that is open for coverage at Dover Air Force base. Working on assignment for AP photographer Steve Ruark has covered the vast majority of them. In a driving rain storm last night he was there again to make this nicely framed image as an Army carry team moves a transfer case containing the remains of Sgt. Thomas J. Butler.
